I served this with left over mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese from our Sunday lunch out.

It took about 20 minutes to make from start to the table.

Ingredients:

1lb.     Turkey Sausage (I used Eldrich)

1/2     Onion Chopped

1        Can of Green Beans (drained)

1/4tsp Cooking Oil

1/4tsp Pepper

1/4tsp Salt

1/4tsp Garlic Powder

Steps:

1. Slice Sausage into thin slices , set aside.

2. Chop Onion in food processor

3. In a large skillet over medium heat sauté onions in the cooking oil until clear

4. Stir in sausage, pepper, salt and garlic powder

5. Cook until the sausage is beginning to brown

6. Stir in green beans and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring often

7. Remove from heat and serve warm with any left over side dish.

I hope that everyone enjoys the meal and have a great week!
