Weight Loss Challenge

In one of my previous posts I talked about feeling fat. I mentioned that I would post my weight and never did. I am now ready to reveal exactly how overweight I am.  Not only do I want to loose weight for my appearances, but I am also not getting any younger.

I have been researching my diet and exercise plan and realized how little I knew. I realized that I needed help. In my research I found eDiets.com They seem to have a very good plan and they are running a sale! Save 25% at eDiets! . I am using their online diet to hopefully kick start my weight loss and loose pounds in 4 weeks!I will update this chart weekly when I weigh and measure in.
